Founded in 1933 through the merger of Allan Electric and Brite-Way Electrical Utility Contractors, Allan Briteway Electrical Utility Contractors, Inc. was created to build on the strengths of both companies. In 2006, SAIDS acquired all outstanding shares from Xcelecom, a subsidiary of UIL Holding.


Today, Allan Briteway Electrical Utility Contractors, Inc. is recognized as one of the most trusted and reliable electrical contractors in the region.
